The winning project was prepared by Konior Studio well-known for the great realisation of “Symfonia” – the extension of Music Academy in Katowice.

The rate is growing up steadly since the last year when it was recorded of 34,3% and the street was at list of top 10 localisations with the strongest rental growth in Europe. 3 Maja St. is also the 4th most expensive street in Poland – rent per annum is 780 €/sq.m.
