The first stage of Ligota Park completed

Atal Group finished a first stage of Ligota Park. This housing estate, localised on Rolna St. at the border between two district of Ligota and Brynów, will deliver 416 apartments in 8 five-storey buildings with underground car park. The developer offer includes apartments with area from 50 to 200 sq. m. Customers can also choose among one-floor apartments and maisonettes. The construction and finishing works of the 4 buildings in the first stage took 27 months.

A new office project for Katowice

Secus Property SA obtained a valid building permit for an office development on Piaskowa St. in the Zawodzie district. The plot is localised near a road juction of Roździeńskiego – Murckowska – Bagienna streets. About 13 000 sq. m of B+ class office space will be delivered to the market within this project.

A construction of Golden Enclave came to an end

Millenium Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. finished construction of Golden Enclave on “Bażantów” housing estate in Kostuchna district. This exclusive and one of the most expensive apartment projects in Katowice (up to PLN 1,5 mln) was designed by Medusa Group. Fitch Ratings assigns an “A-” rating for Katowice

Katowice is one of two Polish cities the most friendly for investors. Cities, as well as companies and countries, are estimated by independent rating agencies. The ratings help investors to make decisions and to lock up capital in best localizations. According to one of the most experienced and best known rating agencies – Fitch Ratings – Katowice is estimated with “A-“ mark. This is the maximum note as cities can’t be marked higher than the country (Poland obtained “A-“ as well).

Neinver plans to demolish cup-shaped pillars, though…

…But will reconstruct them afterwards. The company revealed yesterday that poor condition of reinforcements unable to preserve the sixteen pillars system supporting the roof of Railway Station. Neinver quotes the Silesian University of Technology and its expertise, which claims the pillars reinforcements corroded and corrosion-fatigue will be follow. It unables to adapt the construction of the pillars to the future development of new station.
