New office developments, which are going to be delivered to the stock this year in Katowice, will increase the supply for approx. 50 000 sq. m. The situation will give an opportunity for tenants to choose between more options and to find appropriate location for office. At one time, existing office buildings can face with a loss of theirs present occupants. Consequently, the existing locations are expected to fit in with market changes and to adopt some incentives to keep present and/or gain new tenants.
