The Izera company won today an auction for the acquisition of Altus. The tallest building in Katowice will be sold for PLN 185 million.
Izera is owned and represented by Maciej Jaglarz, Katowice businessman and owner of “Nowe Katowickie Centrum Biznesu“, “Separator” and other facilities located across the City and in other locations in Poland.
The initial prices for the high-rise building were estimated at PLN 260,2 million in February and PLN 195,17 million in May this year. The third selling procedure has just been concluded with the successful bidder of Izera.
Altus is the A-class 32-storey (including 3 underground storeys) mixed-use building which offers 65 000 sq. meters of total space and 15 220 sq. meters of office space to let. The facility was delivered in late 2003 and is located at 13 Uniwersytecka St. Apart from the office part, Altus houses the Qubus Hotel, Helios cinema, shops, cafes, a fitness club and a casino.
