The 4-star angelo Hotel Katowice will celebrate its festive grand opening on Tuesday, March 9th, 2010. Located at 24 Sokolska Street in a heart of Katowice will give a great opportunity for access to all City Center’s conveniences. The hotel has 203 rooms and suites, as well as nearly 100 parking spaces and also conference facilities covering 982 sq. m on the first floor. It is going to be the biggest conference area in Katowice with 8 light-flooded rooms and capacity for up to 300 persons. The spacious foyer and restaurant “Sunlight” are suited for coffee breaks, lunch and refreshments.
The hotel will feature a compelling design with selected forms and colours – a mixture of intensive black, coral red, yellow and white tones combined with top-of-the-line furnishings – provide for a contemporary atmosphere in the angelo design hotels. The building in Katowice was designed by the architect Leszek Łękawa and his architectural office Impressio.
The angelo Hotel Katowice is a joint venture of UBM Realitätenentwicklung AG and Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG. The hotel is to be managed by Vienna International.
