As the construction works of Francuska Office Center are entering a final phase, thus the project’s conclusion can be expected in a very few months. This is what Przemysław Polak, the GTC’s representative, has said to katowicethecity.com about the FOC’s availability. – The completion of “A” building is scheduled for the turn of March and April. The building will be delivered at tenants’ disposal in Q2 2010. At present, rental agreements with interested companies are under negotiations. The opening date of “B” building will hinge upon a renting level. – Polak finished.
The construction works of the complex have started in July 2008. Francuska Office Center will deliver 21 500 sq. m of leasable space to the Katowice’s office stock.
