Hewitt Associates, a global human resources consulting and outsourcing company has announced the results of its annual Best Employers Study for Central and Eastern Europe. The study, which surveyed nearly 123 000 employees and 2 700 senior leaders across the CEE region, shows that M.G. Centrum Sp. z o.o. (Toyota Katowice and Toyota Częstochowa) with a seat on Kolejowa St. in Katowice, was awarded a Best Employer 2010 title in Poland in the category of small and medium scale company and was ranked number six in the category of small company in Central and Eastern Europe.
Toyota Katowice has been rated Polish number one in the Hewitt’s study for the past three consecutive years.
The Best Employer Study encompasses the following components:
- Employee Engagement Survey – it is a measure of the emotional and intellectual commitment that employees have to their organization.
- HR-Audit – it identifies what sets the Best Employers apart from the rest.
- Leadership Team Survey – is designed to gather information to indicate the business leader’s philosophies and approach to managing people.
Companies which employs more than 50 people and operates in the country for at least two years were taken into consideration in the study.
