Deloitte, one of the Big Four professional services networks, will change its Katowice seat by the end of this year. The audit, consulting, legal and financial advisory firm will be headquartered in the first building of Silesia Star.
Deloitte will move to Silesia Star from its office in Altus at 13 Uniwersytecka St., where the company occupies approximately 600 sq. meters. The moving to new premises is related to the expansion of Deloitte in Katowice. „We have leased over 900 sq. meters in Silesia Star. We expect that our new office will be commissioned in December this year” – said Ewa Rzeczkowska, press spokesman of Deloitte.
The first stage of Silesia Star is being built at 10 Roździeńskiego Av. It comprises 12 710 sq. meters of leasable office space and 1 030 sq. meters designed for retail purposes. Approximately half of the office space was leased by Getin Bank. The building will be delivered by the end of this year. The investment is carried out by LC Corp.
Deloitte in Poland provides audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk management and tax services. The Big Four is made up of Deloitte, EY, KPMG and PwC. All the four firms have their local offices in Katowice.
