Capgemini opens new BPO Center in Katowice

Thanks to almost 4 000 sq. m of office space in the Atrium building, Capgemini is improving its two thousand employees Business Process Outsourcing Center to offer a wider range of BPO services and a better global customer service.

Capgemini Polska, part of a global leader in consulting, technology, outsourcing, and local professional services, has officially informed today about the opening of a new office in Poland. The new center in Katowice is localised in the Atrium building at 54 Graniczna St. This is the second Capgemini’s office in Katowice appointed to the Business Process Outsourcing services.

The new investment in Atrium will allow to hire another several hundred employees in the years to come. At present, the company employs 3 700 people in Poland including approx. one thousand in Katowice which operates the ITO (Information Technology Outsourcing) and BPO services.

The two storeys of Atrium are leased for an exclusive use of the BPO department which will serve global costumers in the area of accountancy, finance, bank operation and logistic (Customer Care&Intelligence Services). – We are extending our products and services portfolio constantly. It actuates new and varied job oportunities and challenges for employees. Lately, except economists and philologists, we are looking for technical education specialists. – says Marek Grodziński, Head of Capgemini’s BPO Center.
