The City Hall of Katowice invites bids for a project of a car park facility planned in the future cultural district. Localized in the area of Olimpijska St, the car park will service visitors of the “Spodek” hall, the International Convention Center building and the new seat of the National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice. The investment’s project, planned within the framework of a new road system in the district, will have to contain a three concepts of architectural and urban planning design, a pre-feasibility study, a project documentation and a final feasibility study. The bids’ opening will take place on 8th of June, 2010. A selected contractor will have 10 months to prepare a documentation of a chosen concept and to obtain all necessary administration permits including a building permit. The project’s documentation is estimated to cost PLN 1,26 million.
