After lease agreements with Enel-Med and PKP Cargo which will occupy more than 80 percent of space in Reinhold Center, the Reinhold Polska developer encouraged by the success announces a second phase of the project. “It will comprise a 9 000 sq. meters building located behind the existing newly developed facility. To be more precise, the construction plot is located between the buildings of the first stage and an old railway fill.
Reinhold Polska Project 4 Sp. z o.o., subsidiary of Reinhold Polska AB, concluded on 25th of March 2010 significant lease agreement of office space in Reinhold Center with the State Treasury Company PKP Cargo S.A. Total leased space under this agreement is estimated to be 5 849 sq. m. After concluding herein lease agreement total percentage of leased space in the whole building is 81 percent.
Reinhold Polska is currently finishing the first stage of Reinhold Center, the last completion works are going to be concluded soon. The opening is planned for the next weeks. Tenants are expected to move in at the beginning of Q2 2010. Michał Borowski, the Operational Director at Reinhold Polska, said to the Parkiet newspaper, that the company is going to sell all its Polish developments. It will make possible to finance following investments, also the next stage of the Katowice’s complex
Reinhold Polska is finishing the construction works of Reinhold Center localised along Korfantego Av. The nearly opening of this two A class office buildings was celebrated last month. The event was attended by the company’s management from Stockholm, including André Rosberg, Vicepresident, and Michel Fatehnia.
A financing for construction of Reinhold Center was secured by a loan from Straumur-Burdaras Investment Bank.
The construction works of the first phase of Reinhold Center are planned to be finished by the end of November. The developer, Reinhold Polska, is going to file a motion for a building use permit at the beginning of December. The company predicts to obtain the administrative decision within one month as the building opening is planned for January. Since the last days of October, interiors of rented spaces are delivering to tenants for finishing them off.
