Silesia City Center (SCC) welcomes new tenants. The new brands include Patrizia Pepe and Strellson. The two stores will cover a total area of 240 sq. meters.
Both new brands will move to SCC within a so called re-commercialization process. Patrizia Pepe will replace Wójcik and Strellson will be located in the place of the former Armani Jeans i VJC Versace boutique.
The high-end brand of Patrizia Pepe offers clothes and accessories for women.
From the beginning of 2012, 29 new shops were opened in Silesia City Center (SCC). An international investor consortium led by Allianz has been given a green light from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) to purchase the fifth biggest shopping mall in Poland – Silesia City Center.
The conditional contract between the consortium and the present owner Immofinanz Group was signed in May this year. The transaction was subject to suspensive conditions including the agreement of UOKiK.
