Customer service of SCC examined

The Dive-AdHoc market research agency examined ten biggest shopping centers in Poland. A purpose of the research was to check the quality of customer service in the chosen centers. The project was conducted in May and the company adapted the mystery shopping method during the researches. Silesia City Center was scored as one of the best five centers.

The Dive-AdHoc auditors acting customers visited all retail and service units of the ten biggest shopping centers. They made 2013 visits. According to the company the highest quality of customers service was offered respectively by Blue City and Złote Tarasy in Warsaw, Manufaktura in Łódź, Stary Browar in Poznań and Silesia City Center in Katowice.

Opened in November 2005, Silesia City Center is made of 65 000 sq. meters of commercial area with 250 shops and sales units. It employs around 3 000 people and is visited by approximately 13 million customers a year. Ratios reflecting the dynamic rate of growth of the Center, i.e. a visit rate and turnover, have been improving year by year. Among the biggest tenants are: Tesco, Saturn, EMPiK, Zara, C&A, Royal Collection, Reserved and Almi Decor. The owner of Silesia City Center is Immofinanz Group.
