Builders of the first office building of the Upper Silesian Industrial Park (GPP) set the hectic pace for construction work. Late February, Budus SA – a prime contractor of the project – was finishing a first storey of the building. Now, construction of a sixth storey is under way. Then, there will be only one more floor left to reach the final height of seven storeys.
The building will offer all necessary amenities to its tenants as suspended ceilings, lifted floors, Building Management System, access control, fast and modern lifts, multi-source power supply. Usable area of the building will cover 7 500 sq. meters, a typical floor area is between 1 050 and 1 080 sq. m. depending on the interior arrangement.
The construction work is scheduled to be concluded in the turn of 2011 and 2012.
