Katowice is one of two Polish cities the most friendly for investors. Cities, as well as companies and countries, are estimated by independent rating agencies. The ratings help investors to make decisions and to lock up capital in best localizations. According to one of the most experienced and best known rating agencies – Fitch Ratings – Katowice is estimated with “A-“ mark. This is the maximum note as cities can’t be marked higher than the country (Poland obtained “A-“ as well). The highest possible mark is AAA.
This prestigious rating gives a clear sign for foreign capital, the same for national investors about strengths and opportunities for investing and potentiality of business success.
Except Katowice, the second Polish city with the highest “A-“ mark is Wrocław.
