Construction works on new Silesia City Center (SCC) have entered the fourth phase. It is the longest stage of the works and will be conducting until the end of February 2011. At present, Erbud’s crews are working on the foundations, underground car park and a cavity wall protecting foundations of the existing part of SCC. The new underground car park will be available for customers before the opening of the new part of SCC in autumn 2011. A first tower crane already appeared on the construction site, a following crane is currently assembling by the crew.
Erbud S.A. is a prime contractor of the extension. DIL Polska Baumanagement Sp. z o.o. was appointed as a project manager of the investment.
