Construction works on the Scientific Information Center and Academic Library (SICAL) are in full swing. A fitting of the elevation of red Indian sandstone will be finished late autumn this year. An electric wiring as well as water supply and sewage system were already installed in the Center’s interiors. At present, workers are fitting up air-conditioning and central heating systems.
According to the prime contractor, Mostostal Warszawa, the construction works are scheduled for completion in June 2011. Thereby, SICAL is most likely to be opened in autumn 2011 when a new academic year starts.
