GC Investment, Katowice based company operating in the commercial real estate market, is preparing to launch its first residential project in the City – Parkowa Villas (“Wille Parkowa”). The firm has lately announced an open competition for building companies wanted to erect the housing estate.
The Parkowa Villas scheme is being implemented by Heban Apartamenty, a subsidiary of GC Investment, appointed to conduct the project. The investor already obtained a valid building permit. “Heban Apartamenty is accepting the offers of building companies by the end of March. A marketing promotion and sales campaign will start afterwards” – says Tomasz Godziek, marketing and PR manager of GC Investment.
This 2 844 sq. meters residential complex will feature five, stand-alone multi-family buildings of three and four floors. Designed by Konior Studio, it will consist of simple and elegant facilities covered by brick elevation. There will be only 32 apartments of diversified metric area between 60 and 160 sq. meters. Each of the buildings will house from six to eight accommodation units. The architects also planned two maisonettes with spacious terraces. Inhabitants of the settlement will have 56 parking spaces at their disposal located under the ground with a direct access from the buildings’ interior. Additional eight parking positions will be available on the ground level.
Parkowa Villas are to be built on Parkowa St. in the “Brynów” district next to the “Kościuszki” park and within an easy reach to Mikołowska St. and the “A4” motorway. The property is located approximately 2,5 km from the City Center.
The investor of the undertaking has been operating on the commercial real estate market since 1993. The company specializes in acquisition of properties, comprehensive preparation and implementation of investment projects. As the developer, it is known for construction projects of a golf course and a single family houses estate in Bytom, Poland.
