The chosen four were invited to further negotiations. A name of the prime contractor will be known in a few weeks. Construction works should start within next months.
The planned office building will be the first of four scheduled for construction between 2011 and 2014. A main asset of the GPP’s offer is the buildings will be operating within the Katowice Special Economic Zone. It enables future tenants to get tax exemptions (up to 40%) including capital expenditures and expenditures for new workplaces.
