Two clothing brands have been added to the list of tenants of the Supersam mixed-use complex. The rentable area is now 90 percent pre-leased.
These two tenants are New Look and Monnari. The British brand New Look will occupy 500 sq. meters and it will be its second store in Katowice. The shop of Monnari, offering clothes for women, will cover the area of almost 300 sq. meters. Both retail units will be located at the ground floor.
Griffin Real Estate (GRE), a developer of the scheme, confirmed on Thursday that the opening of Supersam would take place in autumn this year. Construction works on the building’s shell are going to an end at present.
More than 70 retail units will be located over three storeys of the mall. Apart from New Look and Monnari, Griffin Real Estate has already signed leasing agreements with following brands: Sports Direct, Reserved, Carry, Cropp, House, Mohito, Sinsay, Aldi, Rossmann, Pepco, Home&You, EMPIK, Smyk, Silesia Jeans. Several brands will debut in Supersam – A Tab, Szachownica, Textilmarket, Zzadimo and Urban City.
Grocery and food shops, hairstylist and cosmetics services will also be offered in the building. The Pure Jatomi fitness center will be located on upper storeys as well as 5 000 sq. meters of office space. A car park for 400 vehicles was designed on the top floors of the six-storey building (including one underground floor).
Supersam will offer almost 23 000 sq. meters of space for lease. The building is being erected at 6 Piotra Skargi St. in the downtown of Katowice.
