Ground works have been started on Złota St. where a new housing scheme will be erected. Sport Investment Group is responsible for the undertaking.
The construction plot is situated just opposite the GKS Katowice stadium. The new apartment building will be built according to an architectural project of KWK Promes. The architects designed approximately 80 apartments in the building including a few units of upper standard placed on two top floors.
The Konsbud company was chosen to raise the facility. Ground works were already started in the south-eastern part of the site. One underground storey designed for a car park and six ground storeys will form the building. The apartment facility is expected to be delivered in two years.
