Jeff’s, a chain of restaurants with genuine American cuisine, and Matras, a Polish chain of bookstores, join a list of tenants of the expanding new Silesia City Center (SCC).
It will be the fourth restaurant of Jeff’s in Poland after two located in Warsaw and one in Kraków. Jeff’s is going to be the tenth restaurant of Silesia City Center where following brands already located its units: McDonald’s, KFC, Burger King, Bierhalle, Deka Smak, Thai Express, Sicilia and Hana Sushi.
The SCC’s store of Matras will be the second bookstore of the firm in Katowice. It will cover 221 sq. meters. Matras has over 100 units across the country and offers from 5 to 35 thousand of book titles in a typical bookstore.
The new part of Silesia City Center will open in autumn this year and deliver 60 retail units covering 20 000 sq. meters. A total cost of the extension exceeds EUR 50 million and is financed by the owner of the Center – Immofinanz Group.
