J.W. Construction is finishing construction works on the second building of Nowe Tysiąclecie. It is the second stage of the housing estate. The company also announced to lunch the construction of three new buildings within the third stage of the undertaking.
The Warsaw-based developer has been offering one building per stage so far. The first 16-storey housing tower was delivered at the beginning of 2016. The second one will be done by the end of March next year and the building is expected to be commissioned for use by 28th of April 2017. Now the company wants to accelerate the investment process.
Nowe Tysiąclecie is located on Tysiąclecia St. and will consist of five buildings. The remaining three facilities will be erected within one last stage, according to the latest news from the developer. There will be two 16-storey towers and one 10-storey building. All together they will offer 346 apartments. A two-storey underground car park is planned to be raised under the buildings. The company wants to start initial ground works at the beginning of the next year.
By now, 149 housing units were delivered within the first stage and all are sold out. 122 apartments were designed in the second facility, of which 20 are available, however 11 of them were already reserved.
