The City of Katowice is participating in Expo Real 2009, the 12th International Commercial Property Exposition in Munich. For three days (October 5-7) municipal authorithies including the Mayor Piotr Uszok and Krzysztof Rogala, City Center Redevelopment Commissioner are presenting the City’s investment opportunities. Dozen investment offers are prepared to attract investors. Offers refer to the City Center redevelopment and investment plots out of the Center as well. Except the City Hall, Katowice is represented by Opal Real Estate, the Rolfe Judd architects and town planners studio and GC Investment, the company which is responsible for the project of South Gallery (Galeria Południe). Costs of the City Hall’s participation are 85 percent covered by EU funds.
