Millenium-Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. extends an offer of the Modernist Enclave residential scheme localized on Załbockiego St in the “Bażantów” housing estate. After a presentation of two stages consisting of twelve individual houses arranged in two rows, at present the developer puts up for sale apartments of a three-storey building called Modernist Villa.
The offer includes five apartments covering area between 111 and 130 sq. meters. Prices starts at PLN 4 750. Each apartment features four rooms and a balcony. To magnify the effect of interiors’ spaciousness, the storeys were designed as a 3-meters high. There will be a lift and separate garage places in the building. The Małeccy architectural studio is responsible for the project.
The developer already obtained a building permit. The scheme is planned to be delivered in March 2012.
