All commercial part’s premises of the Katowice Railway Station‘s hall are now fully leased. Neinver Polska, responsible for the undertaking at Szewczyka Sq., has signed final lease agreements for the retail space.
The list of future tenants has been joined by Natura Drogerie, Le Crobag, Cukiernia Sowa, Auntie Anne’s, Cinnabon and 2theloo that provides clean restrooms.
“Now we have the list of tenants in the Station hall’s commercial part closed. Some of the lessees have already commenced to arrange their units. Also we are entering the last stage of commercialization process of Galeria Katowicka. The investment attracts both chain retailers and local entrepreneurs from the Silesia region” – says Agata Brzezińska, country manager at Neinver Polska.
Most of the Station’s tenants will offer quick meals, services and shopping to the passengers. Among the other tenants are McDonald’s, Subway, cafes of Starbucks and Empik Cafe, as well as news stands, bakeries, cake shops, pharmacy, exchange office, travel agency and the Matras bookstore.
