New apartments and offices on Opolska St.

Grupa Inwest, a residential developer based in Warsaw, has launched its first investment project in Katowice – a mixed-use building located in the City Center at 17 Opolska St. Ground works on the facility’s foundation have already been started.

The plot at 17 Opolska borders upon the seat of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is situated opposite the Silesian Philharmonic. The building will reach seven storeys plus one situated under the ground and designed as a car park for 36 vehicles. The ground floor is destined for service units, the next two floors will be offered as offices spaces for rent of approximately 900 sq. meters.

The floors from three to six are planned for 28 accommodation units with a separate entrance and a passenger lift. The apartments from 2 to 5 rooms will cover an area between 32 and 111 sq. meters. Each of these will feature balconies.

The building was designed by the “Ostrowscy Architekci” studio from Katowice. The facility is scheduled to be delivered in the second quarter of 2014.

Grupa Inwest has been operating on the residential market since 1996. The company has delivered almost fifty housing projects mostly located in Warsaw. The Katowice scheme is being conducted by HM Inwest, a subsidiary of Grupa Inwest.
