The Social Housing Association in Katowice (Katowickie Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego, TBS) commissioned today a following building on Sławka Street in the “Sławka” housing estate (“Witosa” district). The 7-storey building comprises 91 flats covering area from 29 to 71 sq. meters. Construction works took 19 months and cost PLN 21 million.
264 flats were already commissioned last years in the estate and following 91 are under construction. A delivery date of these flats is scheduled for summer 2011. “Sławka” will offer 446 flats in total, the housing estate will be guarded and gated.
During a 14 years of activity the Social Housing Association in Katowice delivered 1 619 flats and invested approximately PLN 281 million.
