Millenium Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. starts construction works of the next stage of „Bażantów” housing estate at Zabłockiego St. The project predicts to raise three 4-storey apartment buildings and a school with sport center. At present, the developer is in progress with the first one building which offers 16 apartments with the area between 38 and 90 sq. m. Prices start from PLN 3 650 per sq. m. The building should be ready in June 2010.
