The ground-breaking signaled the investment start last month. Two 6-storey housing buildings are being erected within the first stage of the undertaking. The facilities will house 95 apartments with balconies, terraces or gardens. Layouts of the housing units range from 27 to 80 sq. meters. Also, a retail area of grocery, pharmacy and a general medical care clinic is planned to be located at the ground floor. 118 parking places will be put at inhabitants disposal.
The gross prices vary from PLN 4 500 to PLN 4 950 per one square meter. The housing units’ sale is based on a closed housing escrow account. The account enables the buyers to pay only 10 percent of the apartments’ total worth when they sign the purchase agreement, while the remaining amount will be paid when the construction work is finished.
The construction work is being executed by RE-Bau. The site is situated on Kijowska St. close to the Franciscan Monastery and Basilica in Katowice-Panewniki. The estate’s architectural design was prepared by „Kryjak – Biuro Projektów” from Tychy.
