Polimex Development Kraków has signed a conditional agreement to sale the right of perpetual usufruct of land located in the south of Katowice on Rzepakowa St. The property will be sold for net PLN 7 million.
Polimex Development Kraków is a subsidiary of Polimex-Mostostal SA. The buyer is the Molina company registered in Warsaw. The plot covers the total area of 23 842 sq. meters. The transaction is subject to suspensive conditions including the non-fulfilment of the right of first option to purchase the land by the Katowice mayor.
Once the suspensive conditions are fulfilled, a valid agreement with Molina will come into existence in 10 days. If the conditions are not fulfilled by 31st of December 2013, the conditional agreement will be dissolved.
Polimex-Mostostal sells selected assets due to its restructuring process. In Katowice, the firm has also two additional properties which have been put on the market – a tenement situated at 3 Wita Stwosza St. and a parcel of land (6 201 sq. meters) at 38 Lwowska St.
