Globe Trade Center S.A., a developer of Francuska Office Center, prepared an incentive promotion for companies interested in leasing an office space in the complex. All future tenants will get a 20 percent rent rebate for the first five months and a free architectural design of the office interiors. Among tenants which already leased an office space in the complex are the Nordea bank, Philips Lighting Polska and the language school of Berlitz Polska.
Francuska Office Center was developed by Globe Trade Center S.A. at 34 Francuska Street. It is located in the heart of the business and service district of the City. The complex comprises two seven-storey class A buildings covering 21 500 sq. meters of office space. It had been designed by the APA Wojciechowski architectural studio.
