Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) has concluded a lease agreement for office space in Francuska Office Center with Ruch S.A. (Ruch). Ruch has rented 2,434 sq m of space located on two floors of the building.
Ruch is Poland based press distributor founded in 1918. It has over 40% of local market share. It offers press, books, magazines and other publications. Ruch also offers other products including tobacco, detergents, cosmetics, OTC medications, toiletries, groceries and stationary. Ruch operates through its own retail network consisting of approx. 7 600 kiosks, newspaper shops, food stores, supermarkets, coffee shops and gas stations.
In August, Ruch will open its accounting services center in Francuska Office Center.

Francuska Office Center is located at 34 Francuska Street. The two building of the complex include nearly 21 500 sq. meters of modern office space. The headquarters of many key institutions (such as local government and the regional court) and prominent Polish and international companies are located in the immediate vicinity of the GTC project. The underground parking garage at the complex offers spaces for about 400 vehicles.
The list of other tenants of Francuska Office Center includes: Bank Millennium, Nordea Bank, Philips Lighting and Berlitz.
GTC is currently conducting negotiations with other companies interested in renting space at the project.
