Original rotating assortment of everyday-use products at affordable prices can be found at the newly-opened Tiger store in Galeria Katowicka. This is Silesia’s first unit of the Danish designer brand which is expanding its network of bricks-and-mortar shops.
At Tiger store in Galeria Katowicka, customers will find kitchen appliances, office supplies, toys, hobby items, technical items, party accessories, foodstuffs, stationary, electronic products, sports items, gadgets and fashion accessories.
“In Danish, ‘Tiger’ has the same meaning as in English. The word is pronounced in exactly the same way as another term denoting a ten. Following our basic assumption, 80% of products in Tiger’s Poland-based stores cost less than PLN 10. We only use round numbers for our prices. The combination of appealingly original products and reasonable prices forms the foundation of our success” – says Ewa Kitowska, marketing specialist at Tiger.
Tiger sells its goods in bricks-and-mortar shops only. Its units boast minimalist Danish style, with white walls, wooden floors, warm lighting and simple furniture made of natural materials.
“Our decision not to have an e-store might seem surprising but it is thoroughly conscious. We prefer focusing on direct contact, and want customers to visit us and experience the unique atmosphere in our stores. This is the best way to see our products and get expert tips” – Ewa Kitowska says.
Galeria Katowicka’s new tenant will occupy 180 sq. meters at the ground floor.
Tiger expands the range of houseware and kids’ products offered at Galeria Katowicka by A Tab, Duka, English Home, home&you, Tescoma, Tchibo, C&A, Kornecki, Reporter Young, Reserved Kids, Smyk, Terranova, Zara and Wójcik Fashion.
Tiger is a popular and growing Danish chain of nearly 500 designer stores in 25 countries. The first shop sprang up in Copenhagen in 1995. The company has been operating in Poland since 2011.
