Śląsko-Dąbrowska Spółka Mieszkaniowa (ŚDSM) is going to sell 3,65 ha of land at very atractive location. The oral tender will take place at the end of this month. The asking price is PLN 17,5 million.
Śląsko-Dąbrowska Spółka Mieszkaniowa is a subsidiary of Katowicki Holding Węglowy (Katowice Coal Holding) and is responsible for management of properties. The company is active in eight cities of the Katowice agglomeration. Only in Katowice, it offers approximately 47 hectares of land for sale at present.
One of these properties are six plots located on Szybowcowa St. close to the 3 Stawy shopping center. It also borders Atal Francuska Park from the south-west side – the largest new housing estate in the city (750 apartments in ten buildings).
The land was used by the Katowice coal mine in the past. About 13 000 sq. meters of the property situated in the south and east side can be used for development activities without any restrictions. The north and central part (23 500 sq. meters) is characterized by limited opportunities to erect buildings.
The oral tender will take place on 27th of January this year. Tendering companies are expected to pay PLN 1,75 million deposit to be allowed to bid.
