On Thursday, 10th of June, the “Silesia Borsall Art & Business Lounge” will take place in the “Borsall” apartment building located in the junction of Franciszkańska and Smolna Streets. An idea of the event is based on a well know West European trend of presenting art in raw, unfinished interiors of luxury housing estates (“Borsall” will be delivered to occupants in a few weeks). An aim is to connect and present both work of art and the property.
A curatorial concept of art collection was prepared by Wojciech Fibak. Guests will have a chance to see piece of work of such artists as Jerzy Nowosielski, Tadeusz Kantor, Jan Lebenstein, Jerzy Tchórzewski and Teresa Prągowska. In addition, paintings of young and perspective Natalia Bażowska-Bochenek will be shown.
During the evening the guests will also participate in an economic debate organized in cooperation with the Forbes magazine. It will concern challenges which the Upper Silesia region has to face with in comparison to the present global market situation.
Furthermore, for the very first time in the region, there will be a chance to get the feel of the latest cars of Bentley including the Supersports model, introduced as the fastest limousine in the world.
The event organizer is Hermont Group. Co-partners are Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PKO TFI S.A. and PKO BP.
