Millenium Inwestycje Sp. z o.o., responsible for the “Bażantów” residential project located in the Kostuchna district, is developing an infrastructure of the housing estate. After a last year’s opening of the school building – Collegium Scholarum Piarum, the developer started a development of a sport hall on Pijarska St. It is going to be the recreation base of the school and kindergarten.
The sport hall is the first building (called “C”) of three facilities planned as a sport and recreation center and is scheduled for conclusion in summer 2012. Buildings “A” and “B” are the next phase of the complex. The “A” facility will include three tennis courts on the ground floor; a bowlling-alley and car park will be located on the -1 level. The “B” building is designed for a swimming pool and sauna complex with nine rooms situated on the underground level. The ground floor will host a restaurant and reception of a hotel. The 18-room hotel with at least 3 stars will be located on the +1 level.
The center will be open for the “Bażantów’s” residents, for the general public of the neighboring districts, as well as for the students of the Collegium Scholarum Piarum. The center will also boast outdoor playgrounds and sports fields.
The sport and recreation center will comprise approximately 10 000 sq. meter. It was designed by the “Małeccy” Design Studio. The “A” and “B” buildings are to be delivered in Q4 2012.
