Mirbud, a construction company, committed a subcontractor to conduct construction works on the first stage of the „Twoja Dolina” housing estate.
Mirbud is a prime contractor of the project. The company was appointed by JHM Development, a developer which is responsible for the realization of the undertaking. Both firms are being part of Mirbud Group.

Spec Bau extended the contract with Awbud to conduct concrete works on the stage two (B2) and three (B3) of the GPP Business Park office complex. Awbud will be engaged in the construction of the third building.
Earlier this year, the company had been contracted to perform the concrete works on the underground levels of the both buildings as well as on the reinforced construction situated above the “0″ level of the B2 facility.

Awbud will execute works for net PLN 7,36 million. The building company will perform the concrete works on the undergound levels of both buildings as well as the reinforced construction situated above the “0” level of the B2 facility. Awbud will have to finish the works by 16th of January 2014.
The building company of Awbud S.A. was contracted to conduct the second stage of extension works on the seat of the National Health Fund (NFZ). The facility will be located at 13 Kossutha St. in the “Witosa” housing estate near the existing office facility of the Fund.
The contract is worth gross PLN 16,1 million, the construction work has to be finished in 100 weeks. Awbud is to erect a complete building in the second stage. Within the first stage, preparatory works and a foundation slab have been done.
Awbud SA will construct one of buildings of the Francuska Park housing estate. A contract value amounts net PLN 23,6 million.
The company is appointed to raise the „B2” building, the first of nine planned within the complex. The contract will come into force till 15th of February 2012, if the developer obtains a bank loan to finance the construction work.
The residential scheme is implemented by Francuska Park Sp. z o.o. based in Łaziska Górne, Poland.
