Topping-out and foundation slab

Holdimex topped-out two buildings that are being currently built within the “Brynów II” housing estate’s extension. In the meantime, laying of the foundation slab for the Science and Technology Park Silesia was commenced at the neighbouring construction plot.

One private investor stands behind the both projects – Arkadiusz Hołda is a chairman of Holdimex and a founder of the Katowice School of Technology (WST). The school established the Science and Technology Park in 2011.

Buildings of Brynów II rise

Construction crews contracted by the Holdimex developer have finished the two underground storeys of the residential facilities located on Wróbli St. Consequently, the works have reached the ground level.

The two buildings are being built within the next stage of the “Brynów II” housing complex. The new development comprises about 70 one or two-floor apartments covering an area between 40 and 100 sq. meters

Holdimex starts next stage of Brynów II

Holdimex, Katowice based developer, has commenced a new residential scheme on Wróbli St. A construction work was already started. The two buildings being built within the “Brynów II” housing estate are to be delivered in the last quarter of 2013.

The housing facilities are located within an easy reach to Kościuszki St. and the Kościuszki park. Wróbli St. is situated about 5-10 minutes drive from the “A4” motorway and the City Center.

Holdimex calls for a bid

Holdimex, a developer seated in Katowice, has called for a bid for a prime contractor of its planned housing project on Wróbli St. in the “Brynów” district. Companies tendering for the contract can enter their bids by 20th of December 2011.

Holdimex plans to raise two residential buildings within the “Brynów II” housing estate. The new facilities covering an area of 5 000 sq. meters will comprises a total of 75 flats.
