Highest building topped out of Oak Terraces

At Dębowe Tarasy (Oak Terraces) housing estate, currently being built in the center of Katowice, construction work on the highest storey has been completed according to schedule. To celebrate this occasion, a symbolic perch has been placed at the top of the 11-storey building.

The investment project is being realized by Immofinanz Group, an Austrian real estate investor and developer. After completion, 317 comfortable and state-of-the-art apartments will be provided.

Oak Terraces picture its supreme penthouse

While Skobud is concluding works on the last floor of the C3 building, Immofinanz Group presents the largest penthouse of the Oak Terraces’ third stage. Interiors of the 213 sq. meters apartment can now be admired through visualizations.

The penthouse is situated at the top 11th floor of the building and features a spacious 60 sq. meters terrace and a winter garden apart from several rooms inside. The decor was arranged by Pracownia Architektoniczna

Two buildings topped-out of Oak Terraces III

On Wednesday, Skobud and Immofinanz Group celebrated the topping-out of two buildings of the Oak Terrraces third stage (“Dębowe Tarasy”). This way, one of the investment stages was concluded according to schedule. 317 modern apartments in three buildings will be delivered by the end of 2013.

The topping-out ceremony means the shell of the two 5-storey buildings was done. Now the outfitting and elevation works are to be launched.
