Chemobudowa-Kraków S.A. won a prime contractor bid for design and revitalization works on Revita Park – a new technology and industrial spot located within the area of the former “Baildon” Smelter.
Seven bidders were competing for the contract. The offer of the Kraków based building company amounted gross PLN 7,16 million and was recognized as the best. The undertaking is being carried out by Optirem
The Optirem company is preparing to create a new industrial and technology park in the City. Named Revita Park, it will be located within the area of the former Baildon smelter at 9 Żelazna Street. The firm already issued a tender for design and revitalization works on three post-industrial buildings.
