Name needed for LC Corp office project

LC Corp SA invites into a competition for the name of the company’s newest office project being currently erected at 10 Roździeńskiego Av.

Contestants can enter theirs proposals at the contest website www.konkurs.lcc.pl (Polish version only) by 2 p.m. on 18th of October 2013. Then, the jury will choose the best two names for the office development and the winners will be awarded tablets. The final name of the project will depend on a public voting.

The cultural district, Supersam, the first development of LC Corp in Katowice, „Dębowe Tarasy” and Silesia Business Park – all these investment projects now on photos taken today from the Altus building.

The total amount of the fore-mentioned scheme will approximately exceed the amount of PLN 1,4 billion. Most of the presented projects should be delivered in 2014, while Supersam is scheduled to be opened in 2015.

LC Corp presents its first office project in Katowice

LC Corp had commenced construction works on its first Katowice office scheme in August. Today, the company officially presented the project for the first time.

The office building is being erected at 10 Roździeńskiego Av. in the heart of the City. It will be located along „Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa” (Inner Relief Road) in the close proximity of the Scientific Information Center and Academic Library as well as opposite the new cultural district.

The largest engagement in the building works takes place in the cultural district being currently erected in the area of the former „Katowice” coal mine. “Katowice is the biggest cultural construction site in Poland with the greatest meaning.

Budimex will build for LC Corp

The LC Corp real estate developer is carrying out intensive works to start its first office project in Katowice. The company signed today a contract with Budimex to erect the first stage of the investment to be situated at 10 Roździeńskiego Av.

Budimex will conduct the construction work under the contract worth net PLN 59,9 million. The works will last 16 months (from 31st of July 2013 to 30th of November 2014).
