Murapol, a housing estates’ developer seated in Bielsko-Biała, is planning to build 220 new apartments in Katowice. The residential project is to be erected on Bażantów St.
Late June this year, Murapol has signed preliminary agreement with Forest Hill Sp. z o.o. concerning the sale of a part of investment area located on Bażantów St. The developer is buying 2,81 hectares of land located in the north-eastern part of the property from Forest Hill.
Murapol S.A. delivered the third stage of the “Mała Skandynawia” housing scheme, which was the last stage of the project. The developer plans another residential estate in Katowice.

TUP S.A. announced that a subsidiary from its capital group, Forest Hill sp. z o.o., has signed a letter of intent with Murapol S.A. for the sale of an investment area of 28 127 sq. meters located on Bażantów St.
The agreement is supposed to be signed within 30 days from signing of the letter of intent. The expected net value of the transaction amounts to PLN 8 million. According to the local spatial development plan, the area is designed for a housing estate.
TUP Property, a subsidiary company of TUP S.A., sign a contract with Portico Investments Poland for sale a property located on Uniwersytecka St. in the City Center. A value of the transaction totals a net amount of EUR 1,73 million.

Forest Hill Ltd., a special purpose vehicle owned by the TUP S.A. investment company, signed a letter of intent with Budbaum S.A. and Pro-Development Builder Ltd. regarding terms on which TUP S.A. would participate in the realization of part of the Forest Hill project planned on Bażantów Street.
The letter of intent concerns a 2,8 ha parcel of the total 5,1 ha plot which is owned by Forest Hill Ltd.
