The Upper Silesian Aviation Group (GTL), which manages Katowice International Airport, issued today a tender for leasing a parcel of land within the airport’s area. The plot is destined for a hotel building.
The subject plot covers an area of 6 500 sq. meters. Tendering attendees will have to propose a monthly rate to be paid to GTL when the term of lease is obligatory, a detailed specification of the facility including a number and standard of rooms, number of conference halls, parking places and expected number of guests. In addition, the bidders have to prepare visualizations of the hotel.
Moreover, the tendering parties have to show planned sales for 30 years and a proven experience in managing at least two 3-star hotels.
GTL waits for the bids until 17th of September 2012.
