The “Książęce” housing estate is located in the Ligota district, near Piotrowicka St. The developer of the project, CK-Modus Sp. z o.o. controlled by Energomontaż-Południe S.A., is currently finishing the first phase of the investment. The construction works have been started in April 2008 and is predicted to complete them in December this year. The first stage will deliver 22 four-storey buildings.
According to the architectural design, buildings with flat roofs and white elevations will be expanded with loggias, bay windows and terraces. Light, plastered elevations are contrasted with wooden details. The housing estate will be provided with fencing of the area, monitoring and 24-hour safeguard, so called “small architecture” and high share of biologically active surfaces.
