Third stage of Oak Terraces

The selling office of Oak Terraces (“Dębowe Tarasy”) has announced an advance sale of apartments within the third stage of the project. Reservation can be only made by the end of March – the official sale will be launched afterwards according to the selling agents.

The third stage of this residential scheme will consist of a 11-storey building with 218 apartments and two smaller, five-storey housing facilities offering together 100 apartments. The buildings will be equipped with an underground car park. Each of the apartments will be provided with a garden, terrace or a balcony, heat device controllers, access cards and remote controls of doors and gates. The housing units’ area varies from 27 to 110 sq. meters.

The third stage of Oak Terraces will be developed by Buwog International, a subsidiary of Immofinanz Group (the company owns neighbouring Silesia City Center and is responsible for the mall’s extension delivered last year). The construction work is scheduled to take 18 months. However, a beginning date of the works is not specified yet. It is another attempt to launch the estate’s third stage.

The architectural studio of Stabil from Katowice is responsible for the Oak Terraces’ design. The project concept was prepared by architects from Bose International Planning & Architecture.

509 apartments in six buildings were delivered in 2008 within the first two stages of the undertaking. The offer was sold out. Oak Terraces are located on Johna Baildona St.
