Three following companies have leased 420 sq. meters of office space in the Atrium building at 54 Graniczna Street. Doosan Babcock Energy Polska, offering solutions for the construction, overhaul and maintenance of turbines, boilers and material handling equipment and the Tech-Bud building company are occupied 320 sq. meters (160 sq. m. each). The company of Apetito Catering has leased 100 sq. meters of space.
The Atrium office building was delivered in August 2009 and comprises 12 666 sq. meters of modern office space on seven storeys. The office development allows for flexible arrangement of space, both in case of open space arrangements and into cellular office. There are 170 underground parking spaces on two floors for the tenant’s use. The building is located in close proximity of the City Center within an easy reach to the “A4” highway.
The companies of Capgemini, PZU Group and Deutche Bank are the biggest tenants of Atrium. The building is already 70 percent leased.
