Representatives of the Colorado state from the United States had arrived in Katowice yesterday and started a business visit in the City. Until Saturday, September 18th, they will be meeting with local businesspersons and institutions. During they stay, the participants will get the feel of advantages of investing in Katowice and the Agglomeration as well.
Additionally, the aim of the Colorado mission is to strengthen relationships between the regions of Colorado and the Upper Silesia, and to increase knowledge about possibilities of cooperation.
Among the mission’s participants are representative of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs which will meet with the authorities of the University of Silesia. A talking point will concern collaborative scientific researches, an exchange of students, and a bilateral cooperation in the area of language courses for students and academic workers.
The visitors will also take part in the Friday’s conference on investments and energy.
The Colorado-Katowice trade mission is organized by W. E. Loopesko & Associates, Inc. (WELA) on behalf of the City of Katowice.
