King Sturge has announced that Trade Trans had leased 220 sq. meters of office space in the office building at 4 Ceglana Street in Katowice. King Sturge was the leasing agent in this transaction.
The main reasons for choosing the office building on Ceglana St. were its location and a possibility to sign a leasing contract for an indefinite period of time. The company moved from the Altus building into the new office in April.
The subject-matter of the Trade Trans activity are the complex forwarding and logistic services in the scope of domestic and international transport, including rail, road and sea transport, with the goods storage, co-packing and distribution possibilities.
The building on Ceglana St. belongs to Śląska Grupa Konsultingowa (Silesian Consulting Group).
