On Tuesday, Energomontaż-Południe S.A. put up for sale the „Książęce” housing estate. It is the second attempt to sale the property.
The first tender procedure had been issued in November 2013 and the bids opening was scheduled for 11th of December. As there were no companies interested to purchase the estate, Energomontaż-Południe tries to sell „Książęce” offering a 10% discount at present. Previously, the starting price was amounted to PLN 43,27 million and now it totals PLN 38,94 million (excluding VAT). Bids opening will take place on 17th of January 2014.
The estate is located in the “Ligota” district on Piotrowicka St. and was delivered in October 2010. It comprises twenty two four-storey buildings, fitted with elevators, underground car park for 240 places and storerooms. The 220 apartments’ floor areas range from 43 to 86 sq. meters.
